Kelly and his team at Southwind Cycle & Outdoor were super helpful and easy to work with when searching for a hard to find part. I will go back to them again and again!
My experience in Southwind cycle in Iola was great! In some ways bike stores have changed over the years and others, they have not. This particular shop has some pretty advanced technology in their bikes along with the knowledge and wisdom on how to make good use of them… and my how bikes have changed over the years I bought a pretty technical full suspension mountain bike and I couldn’t be happier with the price and the service I received. Service was great! Ben was very knowledgeable, great at multitasking…..there was several of us in the store and he didn’t skip a beat, he performed customer service for all of us within just a few minutes wait time. Took my new bike out for a ride last night and loved it! My body is deteriorating and it was time for some assistance. Extremely happy with my choice.
