This is a lovely place to live if you want to live in an independent cottage, with really nice people--everyone is friendly and the employees are very helpful. As a rental community, of which there aren't any others that I've found in Massachusetts, it's the perfect solution for those who don't want to pay into a senior community and be forced to pay monthly for a food plan you don't want. We moved here 3 years ago after my husband was diagnosed with dementia. I feel very confident in letting my husband walk around the area and go up to the Dublin House because I know that residents and staff all know him and help him out if needed. We live in a wonderful cottage that gets rave reviews by friends and family that have visited. The resident community helps to keep us socially active and we truly enjoy being here.

I was able to get in on a good deal one bedroom cottage October 1, 2023. My rent went up $144 October 1, 2024. But now I’m being forced out because at the end of October 2025, My rent will go up $550 which is a 40% increase totally outrageous. Invited and then Forced out because I can’t afford such a precarious increase!

I am a family member of a current resident. I have stayed in their cottage visiting and truly enjoyed the experience. They have been there for a couple of years and say it is a great place. Will consider in the future.
