Summit Legal Aid failed me across three separate critical legal proceedings spanning four years. In 2022 Executive Director Brian Gorman confirmed in writing that staff would file my eviction appeal — no one did. I lost my home of 15 years. Attorney Koslovsky later called to close my file and admitted it was his mistake. So this place, the way the front counter lady talked down to all of us was appalling, for one she either needs to start taking care of her teeth or perhaps consider adult braces because I’ve never seen such a jacked up smile in my life, and yes you heard smile correctly, this lady was not only talking down but laughing the whole time at our situation saying it wouldn’t qualify for anything legal eventho just stating she wasn’t a lawyer and had no right to give that kind of advice, they need to hire people with better hygiene... read more
