I’ve been waiting on my order for almost 2weeks of shipping. When you call for updates the customer service rep is awful. It depends when you call kind of playing roulette on who you’re going to get on the other side of the phone with them. In my case, one rep will just hang the phone up and make you call at least 5 times before picking up and when she does, it’s like your the upmost Bothersome person to her. Worst delivery ever!!!! Their NOT on time, and when you call them they hung up on you!!!!
Had a freight shipment that I needed quick. The local El Paso guys were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me get my item. Highly recommend!
Free advice: Do not deal with them, there is no professionalism, shipping with them takes months to arrive and they lose a lot of products
