Phoned in, the owner took his time to really go through the inventory and tell me what they had. Passed my number to the warehouse managed. Warehouse manager called me that day tell me he had what I needed. Honestly my needs are stupid specific I needed a rift or quarter sawn 6/4 hardwood, that was not white oak (hate the way oak looks) and they found what I needed. Called to see about ordering wood for a woodshop class and they basically told us we weren't big enough to waste their time with. Very disappointed in their response and unwillingness to get youth wood workers some wood to make projects.
