They were helpful, polite ans professional.
I purchased my 4th set from them, I have used other companies and brands in the past, however this company's customer service has been exceptional! And the brands of hearing aides have lasted longer and with less problems that would warrant having to ship them for repairs, I highly recommend them!
Hearing aids work great. Kim is very knowledgeable and patient.
