The staff is friendly, great service and Ben Harrison is great about making sure your hearing aid fit well and you hear well.
Just completed a hearing assessment. The service was timely and professional. They didn’t try to sell me services I don’t need. I would recommend them for a hearing evaluation without reservation.

Everyone at the office was really nice. My appointment was quick and my results were explained thoroughly. I highly recommend this office.
My husband has developed hearing issues. We went to Southwestern Hearing in Arnold to have his hearing tested. They fitted him with behind the ear hearing aids. After an initial adjustment, he is hearing well and has learned to use them. They are very helpful and patient with him learning to adjust the aids. The price is reasonable and they are available every day to answer questions. We highly recommend them. Nice not to have to yell at him anymore to be heard!
