The first time I called for information, the lady I spoke to was very polite. I called a second time and the lady who answered was very rude for no reason. I didn’t get to ask anything and she had already given me attitude. As someone who once worked in customer service; I don’t normally leave reviews but she was beyond unprofessional.
Literally worst wic office ever they always mess up my benefits and every time I try and call they’re conveniently never there or never answer they do not think about the children they just think about themselves and not being at work HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and it’s for the kids and that’s sad get new wic people!
