The initial installation went well. The first pump burnt out and they replaced it. We had a leak in the connection we called, texted and emailed several times and no response. Then the pump died again, within the same time period as the leak we tried several more times to contact them and no response. It would have been nice if we at least got response, even if it was, we do not want to service you it's too far. To us it was and is just not right to completely be blown off.
