We’ve had a great experience working with Southwest Tax Associates. At Imperial Plumbing, we work with Manny for tax prep and Nicki for accounting, and they have both been extremely professional, helpful, and reliable. They make everything easy to understand, communicate well, and truly take care of their clients. These people are just money hungry I don’t ever recommend this business
I’m extremely disappointed with Southwest Tax. They scheduled an appointment for me on a Sunday, which I normally wouldn’t do, but it was the only time they had available. I even canceled work for a couple of days to make sure I could be there. When I arrived at the office for my scheduled appointment, the office was closed. I called the number several times and eventually someone answered and told me my appointment had been canceled because I “never confirmed.” That makes no sense.
