The technicians were perfectly helpful until I had a problem. Then they were unhelpful, rude, and incredibly frustrating to work with. Read the fine print and (if not fully returned) they want to charge you \$1000 for a 15 year old equipment that they regularly use in businesses. You deserve better than 15 year old electronics and rude customer service on equipment that did not work when I needed it.

Don t use at all. Horrible company and owners gaby and Garrett. Give you the worst equipment available that can be disabled and robbed. Will act nice until they have signed you up and are in a contract. They are Dealers of Monitronics and get paid by Monitronics to sell Monitoring accounts for them. They get paid the exact same to sell these accounts so thats why they use CHEAP EQUIPMENT so they can maximize their profits even though it s not the best solution for the customer. DO NOT USE THEM. Not very happy with my charges for a home visit to fix my whole-house vacuum system. Technician gets here and runs around for an hour not knowing what the problem is. Then he finally checks the filter system and finds a small secondary filter clogged. I had already checked the primary filters and they were clean. So he charges me \$100.00 and I write him a check.I then get a bill in the mail for a \$20.00 charge for driving to my house. Really?I suggest finding someone else to do the work, or at least making them explain EVE... read more
