I have been a member for many years and can't rave enough about the OUTSTANDING customer service, dedication, and personal attention each staff member has provided. Making things incredibly smooth and EASY when applying for loans, mortgage, answering questions, and more. I can't name everyone without chance of leaving someone out--but know that no matter who you connect with, service is top notch. I always share with SwRI staff this fabulous benefit--more people should take advantage! Thank you!
i had an issue on my account and leslie was great! she helped me with my issues and returned my calls in a timely manner. She was able to resolve my issue within a few business days, very happy with their customer service.
I have banked here for 5 years and I have to say absolutely the worst bank I have been with. They will never contact you for overdraft fees they will wait and try charging you more to get as much money as they can out of you and they have no overdraft forgiveness or period to pay. It’s absolutely ridiculous. You pay what you owe plus the huge fee they slam you with. Also if you lose your card, good luck! You will now have a card for the next 2 weeks cause they have it sent across the world and have a man with neanderthal too... read more
