To start off the app doesn't work on my phone needed visa debit to shop online but was told they don't offer that now I find out I can't even use my card online for debit like Walmart where I do my grocery shopping then pick up curbside can't because the card I got has 19 digits and all business's only provide a 16 digit system I've only had this account for a couple weeks and already looking to get rid of it .
The worse customer service I ever experienced, I brought my documents to get a car loan. The documents were taken with promise to call me back in 2 days. Never received any phone calls or emails back. Her name was Kelly Ash. Thanks for nice service
Blamed me for not making sure they filled out a money order to the correct name. Even though they had my identification, copy of the will stating my name. They announced they were down to their last bank draft. Did not seem to be organized at all.
