Ordered my daughter's senior pictures and made a cropping mistake, I called right after I purchased, no one answered (during business hours) so I left a voicemail. No one called me back but someone emailed me, the next day and stated they received my voicemail but couldn't make changes because they were already sent to print. I feel like I just wasted that money, which I could've used to get my own photos done of her. That's just not quality customer service to me.

Amazing job, they made my daughter feel very confident and comfortable. They listened to our opinions and made accommodations if needed.

I'm only giving stars for the actual photographer and session. The session was fine and I think the pictures will be ok, but the customer service is horrendous. I spent almost $800. When I did not get an update after a few weeks I called, Christina was awful to talk to, she talked over me several times and was very rude, made me regret spending so much money. I was going to plan another session for my family and likely would have spent several more $$$, but lost my business and I still have not received my photos.

We had our son's senior photos taken here, they did a fantastic job and the pictures turned out great! We ended up exchanging one of our prints we received and their service was wonderful. Would highly recommend!!
