I returned after Dr. evaluation and diagnostic tests however it was different this time it was very busy I felt uncomfortable with waiting In-between clients, they didn't seem to know or have a TX plan then I was dismissed early therefore I didn't return or keep appointments they seem overwhelmed.
Rob and Sydney are awesome. They are knowledgeable and show care on my progress. The move to Southwest from the physical therapy center was a bit of a transition.
I really appreciate the entire staff at Southwest Physical Therapy. They work well together for a pleasant environment as I worked to regain full mobility after my total knee replacement surgery. They have a lot of equipment as well as collective knowledge to guide people through their rehabilitation journey. Even with additional complications of compression fractures during this time, they guided me through a safe and effective treatment program. If I ever need PT again in the future I will definitely come back
