This company is an absolute horrible company. I lived at their property ************************ in ***********, ** for 4 years. During that time there were MULTIPLE incidents of marijuana smell throughout the complex, packages and credit cards stolen, no attention to maintenance of inside or outside the property such as weeds not cut, garbage laying around, etc., countless domestic disputes, fighting, screaming and police coming to the property on many occasions. This company is a slumlord company. Do not rent from them.Their "accounting" is also highly questionable. ******.
This company took over ownership of the apartment complex I live in and the service has been horrible. I filled out a maintenance request on their app a week ago and have not heard anything back. They don't remove all the snow when they should. The laundry room is a pit, with garbage al over the place. Every time I call them, it rings and goes to voice mail. I Ieave a message and no return call. This needs to be rectified.
