I have used many banks over the years and I have never had a worse experience. This started the day that I opened my account. From excessive holds on funds coming from my own accounts, random declining charges, atms not working and poor communication, it has been incredibly frustrating. Today, I simply tried to add someone to my account. After an hour of trying to get this done, I ended up having to leave before they were able to complete this simple action. I would sincerely suggest looking elsewhere for your banking needs.
