Took many new people i like it when I walk in and they know who I am.
Friendly staff but don't agree with some policies.
I have had SMB since i was like 13 years old. It’s the first account i have ever opened. They are nice and polite. However it seems they do not train their teams very well. If i have an issue i can never get an answer from the person im talking to. There’s always just one person out of all their workers who knows the answer.
