I chose this bank because I wanted to stay local. However, with that being satisfied, my brother is on disability and needed a payee, so we chose Southwest Missouri bank to be the one that we started his account with for his social security checks to be deposited. With me as the primary. I just found out that this bank and I know other banks allow it. SMB has the best people ever. Especially in customer service at Carthage.
Consistently have to go back to this location because they lose our deposit bags. Very frustrating that they haven't created a system to prevent this from happening or train their staff to put the correctly labeled bag in the correct spot.
