Bank allowed an unauthorized person to sign a check and cashed the check when the person who signed check is not on account. Then i called customer service and they said i need to close account because my account was compromised. Yet my account is fine, its just the teller did not verify the name or signature on check , yet they say my account is compromised. No, it is my bank that did not do their job and allowed this check to be cashed. Not a good experience or professional or secure bank if anyone can sign my checks.

I have been using this bank now for 3 years since I moved to the Joplin area. I have never once had an issue that wasnt resolved quickly either through messaging on the mobile banking app or through the phone. Even the "issues" were actually technical issues that I simply needed clarification on. Their fraud detection is on point, and getting it resolved and a new card issued well its just as easy as eating pie. In and out in no time at all. Setting up accounts easy in and out as well.
