Terrible customer service. I walked in to open an account because I have a white relative who is a customer. I came an hour before the bank closed and I was told that they were unable to open an account in that amount of time. Perhaps their unwillingness to take my money was related to my minority racial status, as I only see white customers and staff at this branch. I am not willing to investigate further, but I will take my money somewhere more accommodating and without prejudiced staff and management.
