Lady's were rude and unhelpful
When you talk about service, SMB has been my bank for many years and I consider it a part of my family. No time have I thought that they have wronged me but, instead, have a history of my gratitude. I hope they continue to be with me for many years to come.

Very friendly & they always remember my name
The wait to get a debit card printed is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Several workers just standing around or sitting in their office while 1 worker is apparently the only one able to print debit cards.
