Staff are very experienced in what they do. Compassionate, I wouldn't go anywhere else!! I did once I left crying. Was in more pain than when I walked in.
Was going there for months not improving, went to schedule more appointments, and therapist said oh yeah I was supposed to call you a long time ago. Receptionist said we can see you in 2 weeks, really I was already established why do I have to wait 2 weeks? Needless to say I have a new therapy elsewhere.
Go to the Lakeland PT (across the street) if you can, they’re much better. I’ve went to both. You’ll have to share your therapist with another client here at Southwest, you get one all to yourself at Lakeland. Also, maybe other therapists at Southwest are great but mine didn’t listen to me at all and he didn’t seem very knowledgeable.
Prescribed 15 year old me with Xanax. Refused to try any lighter medications first. Gross practice (or at least it used to be, hope it changes)
