Just went through Full Knee Replacement Surgery - Want to Contact the Surgeon (When he is available )was told that the Doctor does not talk to patients - just want to get some information for the future of my Recovery. But it Seems once the Dr. Gets Paid - it's not important to talk to his patients 🤬- Thanks for Nothing!!!!!!- Maybe that's why your reviews (3.3 ) are so low!!!!
Amazing staff and doctors. My husband and I have had been here for hip and knee replacement and they go above to make sure you are understanding all the at steps. Dr Loafmann Is very knowledgeable and will try all available options prior to surgery.
Staff are very experienced in what they do. Compassionate, I wouldn't go anywhere else!! I did once I left crying. Was in more pain than when I walked in.
Was going there for months not improving, went to schedule more appointments, and therapist said oh yeah I was supposed to call you a long time ago. Receptionist said we can see you in 2 weeks, really I was already established why do I have to wait 2 weeks? Needless to say I have a new therapy elsewhere.
