I love going here for my needs because they give good customer service
I was here with a family member, and while the visit/staff were great overall, what made it terrible was one particular MA named Ve. The way she spoke to not just my family, but even to other staff, came off as extremely condescending. She acted as though she couldn't care less about us, and she seemed so sassy. On top of that, I overheard her complaining about other staff members while we were waiting to see our provider. I hope her coworkers are able to see this! Also, If she's your MA, expect subpar care.
I absolutely adore this clinic. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. They make sure you are always taken care of and leave with no questions or concerns. They welcome everyone with a good morning/afternoon as well as wishing them well when they leave. Very clean and well kept place. 10/10 recommend
