I was here with a family member, and while the visit/staff were great overall, what made it terrible was one particular MA named Ve. The way she spoke to not just my family, but even to other staff, came off as extremely condescending. She acted as though she couldn't care less about us, and she seemed so sassy. On top of that, I overheard her complaining about other staff members while we were waiting to see our provider. I hope her coworkers are able to see this! Also, If she's your MA, expect subpar care.
I absolutely adore this clinic. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. They make sure you are always taken care of and leave with no questions or concerns. They welcome everyone with a good morning/afternoon as well as wishing them well when they leave. Very clean and well kept place. 10/10 recommend
I used to go to this place before I started receiving my VA health benefits, I was so glad to get out of there, it was pure hell having to go there, make appointments, talk to anyone who worked in any kind of customer service, rude, unprofessional, discourteous staff, and they don't have doctors, they have nurse practitioners, and they do a lousy job of trying to diagnose anything, I've been to doctors offices that were slow, not the best service, etc, but this place makes the bad offices I went to look like a caribbean vaca... read more
I advice NOT to go to this practice. I fell on Friday evening August 9th and broke my wrist, which I did not know at that time. On August 10th I went to the Eastern location and I was seen by a doctor Andrews Elena MD, who DID NOT see a fracture of the bone on the X-ray! On Tuesday August 13th I was called and asked to return to the office that is when they told me that I had a fracture and that over so many days I did not even know about.
