I just want to say that International is THE BEST!!! There is a customer lounge!!! Not just some chairs, but a CUSTOMER LOUNGE!!! The people who work there make you feel at home and smile. The place is a maintenance shop but let me tell you!! You could eat off the floor and it smells clean!!!!! They got us in and continued to update up on the progress being made. THANK YOU INTERNATIONAL!!! and you're women's restroom is so nice and clean and even had stuff that a woman might need.
Leonardo went above and beyond to help us find the right parts. I highly recommend this location
I had an amazing experience with Carlos and Matthew. Carlos has excellent communication skills, polite, professional and went above and beyond to assist me with my trailer. Matthew was amazing, very knowledgeable, polite, professional, friendly, customer service was top notch. I am very impressed with Matthew. Thank you both for everything. If anyone needs assistance, I recommend going to them, very trustworthy, I can’t say enough good things about them!
Knowledgeable staff, genuinely care about helping folks get back on the road. Drivers lounge is a plus. They service more than just International rigs.
