I've been going to SWINA for 3 decades plus My last visit I was at the registration desk, I had a special price they were promoting. It was a lady named Alexandra. I was here for another appointment. I didn't know what the cost was now. She was not smiling not friendly at all. It was a very bad first impression. The man that had worked there before was just the opposite always welcoming. I do have and appointment in June, but if I have to see her again not sure. The lady who did my facial was amazing 👏
