Larry h miller has been the worst dealership Iv dealt with. Iv been trying to get a check since October of 2023 Iv continuously been trying to get answers on when Ill receive this check and no one seems to answer when Ill get it. On top of that they lost my piece of paper I signed at the dealership and they have no clue where it went. How unprofessional to lose a piece of paper with customers Information.
Service canter never has appointments unless one month out. Bought new car to have complimentary service but can hardly use. The Service center never has coffee or waters or snacks for the long waits on getting car serviced. This has been a very frustrating experience and makes me think twice before buying a new Hyundai.

Absolutely horrible experience with this dealership. After extensive misdiagnosis with my vehicle I was left with a 3k bill. The dealership and claims department takes no responsibility. This dealership is Absolutely a rip off!
First I want to say buyer beware! I first starting dealing with Larry H. Miller Hyundai at the end of 2017. I purchased a used Sonota from a dealer named Mateo. Mateo is like most car salesmen, he will say whatever it takes to close a deal. I plan English he lied through his teeth. While I did get the Sonata it had a dent in the driver side door. Only the Gap Warranty was approved or accepted by the customer. But once the paperwork was reviewed by the loan officer all warranties were not applied. All warranties verbally declined by customer. Customer had a friend who witnessed everything including paperwork signed by customer and signature by customer on blank ipad that customer voiced to the finance person and friend didn't feel comfortable signing. Purchasing a new vehicle is one of the biggest and greatest investments in a person’s life, it should also embody excitement, joy and a little bit of nervousness. However, I have found the experience with Southwest Hyundai nothing of the sort. I’m sorely disappointed, deeply upset and very unsatisfied.
