Maria was great
I want to give the Therapists 5 stars because everyone we've worked with is excellent. However, I am only giving 3 stars because trying to schedule there is awful. No one ever answers the phone, so you have to leave messages every time you call. When you try schedule in person, they are so slow and don't seem to know what they are doing. Sometimes they flat out refuse to schedule you. You can't ever get consistent times and days. It is a struggle every single time and so frustrating!
Sophia was so pleasant and so nice. Very good worker as well. Rachel was also very nice and helpful. I hope they get some recognition for their hard work and just generally being nice people.
I love the Southwest General Scoliosis PT department. Michelle is amazing and helped me to get out of being in pain everyday with what she taught me. i love that they have their own specialized area that is private as i'm often not fully clothed when doing exercises. thank you for all your help! you have really changed my life for the better.
I’ve been seeing Maria and Michelle for PT and they both are knowledgeable and kind. They ask me questions then tailor the therapy to my pain level. When I ask questions they listen closely then give me detailed, helpful answers. I’ve been improving with their help.
