This is my second time using Southwest General Therapy services for rehab. I saw Theresa and Kevin for most of my therapy sessions. They were both very thorough, supportive and caring through all of the sessions. I wouldn’t be where I am today without their help. The rest of the team, Stephane, Erin and Nicki were great too!! I would highly recommend this team too anyone who needs physical therapy!!
Everyone at Southwest General Physical Therapy from initial sign in and contact upfront were friendly and courteous. Heidi in particular made me feel comfortable and at ease. My Physical Therapist, Mary Gulla, worked with me through 12 sessions. I was terrified to move due to pain and discomfort. Mary listened to me and taught me many great techniques to work on at home. The incredible team here needs to be commended for their positive impact on their clients. They all seem to have a love for their job and it shows! Dennis, Michelle, Kevin, and Joe are the staff members I interacted with and they couldn't be nicer and more professional. I worked with Ginger, the speech pathologist. I felt that she was very congenial making it very comfortable working with her. She gave me worksheets and thoroughly explained and showed me the exercises that I needed to do. I explained any specific difficulties that I had and she helped me understand ways that could help with them. I would highly recommend Ginger.
