This place is a JOKE! Buyers beware! They will Pre approve you for a loan and then turn around and tell you some flat out LIES as to why they can’t process the loan. I have PERFECT credit and I’m very credit worthy, yet was told they have had to many cases of fraud so they aren’t going to process my loan?! I’m excuse me?! Please justify this or your company will be hearing from my lawyer!
I had an interaction with a "Customer Representative," that had a rude, dismissive, and condescending tone. Their website is horrible that desperately needs to be updated and re-configured. Thank god, I will be leaving this bank for one that is more professional and consistent with their practices.
