I went to First Financial Credit Union to close an account I was no longer using. I was frustrated to learn that I had been charged $15 per month for what was described as an inactive account, and then I was told there would be an additional $20 charge to close it. I also found the staff rude during the interaction, which added to an already disappointing experience.
