I love Dr. Downes and all the staff at Southwest Eye Care. They are very thorough and take the time to make sure all my needs are addressed. I suffer from MGD and Dr. Downes has found a regimen that helps me to live comfortably with my condition.
I was scheduled for an appointment in April but when I called with an eye problem, they moved my appointment up to March. I'm very grateful for that. I would recommend Dr. Sanchez to anyone. He explained the issue and made sure I understood.He recommended another specialist for me, which was great. And he explained additional information that made me appreciate his knowledge.
