Long long wait to see doctor. Over one hour. Customer service bad. I have been there twice and both times is was a long long wait. I was referred to them by insurance co.because they a preferred provider. Every time I go it it cost money not just the 25.00 Co pay. Facilities fees, etc. They need some one to do time mangement.
Excellent experience! I had an emergency appointment, an apple hit me in the eye, but that’s a whole different story, and was able to get in for an appointment quickly. The service I received was exceptional! The staff member that I spoke to on the phone to the front desk staff to the technician was excellent! Very friendly and pleasant and welcoming.
