Took the time to go over options and a path forward. Great practice!
Dr Downs and his staff are quick, however thorough. Very amaiable personalities.
Long long wait to see doctor. Over one hour. Customer service bad. I have been there twice and both times is was a long long wait. I was referred to them by insurance co.because they a preferred provider. Every time I go it it cost money not just the 25.00 Co pay. Facilities fees, etc. They need some one to do time mangement. Very difficult to deal with. Have tried 3 time to get them to give a report for the DVD

You are not just a number at Southwest Eye Care Doctor O’Neal and her staff were very professional Dr. O’Neal is extremely knowledgeable within her field and took the needed time to diagnose and treat my vision issue.
