The WORST! Straight CROOKS! I had them run my ad, it only ran 1 week out if the 4 weeks before I cancelled and wanted my money back. he promised me money but NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! They kept $350 in a retainers AND $400+ of my ad money that did not get spent! They set my ads up wrong MANY TIMES. Costing me to close my business temporarily! I was out of thousands in employee costs because of their negligence! I will be suing them, so do not end up in the same boat as I am
My rating rating reflects how I would describe SDM and Mike Cravens, in my opinion one of the top 100 SEO persons in the U.S. I generally recognize when someone is trying to "wow" me with their knowledge and expertise and when they are just excellent in their craft or professional prowess. I suspect few exceed the understanding and ability to navigate and plot a successful campaign in the labyrinth that is the world wide web. My hat is off to Mike Cravens and his professional crew.
