NOT FCFS... 3 stars because the facility is nice. Broker will lie to you and tell you its FCFS .. its by appointment only.. been sitting here for 6 HOURS in 116 degree heat dying for no reason at all.

Appointment was at 2pm they did shift change on my appointment time was here on time but if it was the other way around I will be penalized for being late 50min past appointment time
