Appointment was at 2pm they did shift change on my appointment time was here on time but if it was the other way around I will be penalized for being late 50min past appointment time
The only reason why I’m giving three stars is because of the location. The people are very friendly. You have to go in drop your trailer and disconnect, wait outside the gates until they are done loading you or unloading you. Every street is tight and you have to wait on the street for them to call you. You may be there an hour or three it depends. Truck on!
