I trusted Lisa to help me with my business taxes and books and my families taxes and so far I have not heard from her or her business associates in over a year. She told me that she needed to file an extension on our personal taxes and I still believe she has yet to make any progress on them I’m not sure since she will not return emails, phone call or text messages. This is so disappointing because I truly believed she could help me like she said she would. Please use with caution.
