I was given conflicting information... I called to ask if I could cash savings bonds here without an account at the bank and was told yes I could and all I needed was a valid ID. Went to the bank and the lady at the teller station said I couldn’t without a checking/savings account. I wouldn’t have wasted my time driving to the location if their associates gave out accurate information to people who call.
Closing the lobby at 4 pm seriously!!!!???? What kind of bank is this??? Why the heck would u close your lobby at 4pm??? Staff is very rude and act as if u are putting them out should you ask them any questions!! Worst experience ive ever had with a bank!
Worst bank in the world, they close at 4, there customer service is terrible because they are rude and unhelpful.
