Called about parts for a BYAN gate opener and still no response or call back.
Wow. I used to work for this company several years ago…man has their ability to service customers declined. Really unfortunate experience trying to deal with this location. Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. That’s enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
