My mother used this service through a third party which they don't normally use them because of her preferred service provider. As others have mentioned, I wish we can leave "0" stars. They arrived late to her house and when they did, they driver drove past her house even though he mailbox has her address in big bold numbers and she was standing outside. They sent a bigger van with a wheelchair ramp accessibility (she does not use a wheelchair) which is fine, but she did not get help boarding. She asked the driver for his co... read more

I've been trying to schedule a trip for 4 days. They never answer. I've left voicemail with my phone number, no response. I see them running around town empty. They must be scheduling fake customers and pocketing the funds for this. Why is no one answering the phone?

i have taken the bus a small handful of times now but every time i do they are ten to nearly thirty minutes late, which ultimately isn't an issue but if i had to arrive at the destination i asked for on time i might as well have not shown up. questionable service at best.
