They service what they sell . Free delivery and haul away the old. They have the best service!
If you want rude customer service, associates that do not honor their word and furniture that does not last this is the place to shop and buy. Do not waste your time and money in this place. Most unprofessional people in central Texas.
We had a recommendation that this was the cheapest furniture store in town when it came to looking for mattresses and recliners. We were shocked when we compared it to the other furniture stores in the area that we've been into. We felt that this was probably the most expensive one.
Good place
We had done the norm and bought a fridge from HD. Turned out we were going to wait over a month. A friend said try Southwest Appliance. Turned out they had the exact NEW model and would deliver the next day!! We will definitely be coming here first for other appliances and furniture. Huge place.
