Great selection and service.
We have always bought our appliances from Southwest Appliance due to their amazing service & recommend them highly! I bought a washer/dryer from them which was delivered yesterday by Seth & JR, they were so polite, courteous, knowledgeable about the product, went above & beyond!! Two great young men with a bright future!
I went to buy a part for my dryer and the lady was friendly at first. Then she went and got my part and told me the price. Other places in town the part was much cheaper. I expressed surprise at the cost of the part and asked if they could go lower. Both ladies gave an indifferent response and said that the part had cost that for years and that I should just go somewhere else if I didn't like the price.
