I went to buy a part for my dryer and the lady was friendly at first. Then she went and got my part and told me the price. Other places in town the part was much cheaper. I expressed surprise at the cost of the part and asked if they could go lower. Both ladies gave an indifferent response and said that the part had cost that for years and that I should just go somewhere else if I didn't like the price. Walked around the whole store. Three employees looked right at me and didn't even bother to say hello. Place is kind of dirty and prices are the highest I've seen anywhere.
I think his name was Jeremiah. I didn't get the name of the other young man but they were very professional and courteous. Great place to shop. Reminds me of the store I grew up with in a small town. We will shop there in the future for any of our needs. We have changed our minds. We can't get any service or reply. I'm going to contact whirlpool and request my money back and go somewhere else. It's been approximately 3 months and NOTHING. No phone calls or response at all. Worst I've ever had to deal with.
