I’d like to request to give ten stars not five. 10/5 , I came in on 12/5/25 (*Friday*) at exactly 4:55pm which this branch closes at 5:00. And as soon as I walked in I locked eyes with Mrs. Charisse who I could see had just did her count and closed the register for the day. Bless her heart because she reopened the register logged back in just to help me out. She was very on point even though the week I’m sure was intense and filled with over stimulation. I like the main branch, but this branch lost my wife's request to get a new card. Then, sent a replacement card that did not work. Then, when she closed the account because she couldn't get to her money for over a month, they gave her a normal check instead of a cashier's check. Guaranteeing another week of not getting to her money when she deposited at a different credit union. No apology for any of these things. Lots of shoulder shrugs instead.

Ruthless mfs I hope everyone at this credit union rots in hell for stealing $7500 from my for a 10 yr old ex wife debt which was needed to bury my mother but this credit are crooked and is not caring
