If you got any choice at all- don’t deal with that company in general and that spot in particular. You’ll just waits full day in waiting room while your boxes collecting dust in other storage.
This is a review of the whole air cargo system rather than just the terminal. I had my tuna shipped from the processor in San Diego to Charlotte. Loaded 6 am in SD, arrived around 6 pm in Charlotte. The packages of tuna in Styrofoam coolers in boxes were pretty beat up. Styrofoam was cracked and tuna began to thaw. Would be better if processor double boxed, however, SW Cargo definitely didn't "handle with care." The young lady at the terminal did an adequate job. No complaints there.
