Pretty awful experience working with this company. They will charge you way too much for a basic service. It got to the point where they were charging me almost 500 to clean a 100gallon grease trap. I’m not even a restaurant so the amount of waste that piles up is minimal. I found a company now that is charging me 200 for the exact same service which told me all I needed to know about the money I wasted here.
Trying to set up a new account, call the number no answer, instead get a emergency dispatcher who takes your info to pass along and never get a call back, makes you wonder if the passed the call along, and how they can stay in business
