Wonderful! The Southwards have been wonderful to work with over the years, and Jim is great about explaining things and putting "tax stuff" into real words. Even after we left the Bay Area and moved to So Cal, we continued to use their firm, and now that we're back in No. Cal, even though we're almost 5 hours away, we still use them, they are just that great. Totally recommend, what else can I say?
