We love our new motorized roller shades! They were easy to install, run smoothly, and make our bedroom feel so much more comfortable and modern. Southtown was so helpful with picking out the right fabric and options, and they made the install look effortless. The quality is excellent, and the shades block light really well for sleeping. Highly recommend!
Casey worked with me and my requirements including budget range to spiff up some of my windows with drapes and a couple of motorized shades (some of it with existing curtains and/or hardware, some with new). 100% satisfied.
It pains me to write a bad review for a small business but I feel very compelled to share my experience. Casey was really helpful to start and had great guidance and ideas. Unfortunately though, once we paid, we were a very low priority for him. It started with the curtain hardware color which did not come in the color we ordered. He had this great idea to extend our hardware to open up our window space (this sold us!!!), but when installed they didn't extend it, it was the same length but bulkier curtains so we actually hav... read more
