EDITED::: So, I received a letter shortly after my below review! Basically it says we don't like you anymore and we are closing your account by June 30th please make sure all of your monies have been removed or we will send you a check for the end balance! They didn't care I had been a good customer for 12 years, they didn't care that it takes Social security direct deposits 2 months to catch up with direct deposit changes. Worse customer service ever!! I deposited a certified check and have been a customer for over 10 years and they put it on a Ridiculous length of time.
Received 40% increase house pmt. No explanation. Ange (Bank rep) agreed to follow up. Did not. Nec to file complaint w/ home office. They supposedly corrected. Went back for final arrangements. Ange (same bank rep) argumentative vs just collecting data in system & settling. Horrid cust service. Beware this office.
