Received 40% increase house pmt. No explanation. Ange (Bank rep) agreed to follow up. Did not. Nec to file complaint w/ home office. They supposedly corrected. Went back for final arrangements. Ange (same bank rep) argumentative vs just collecting data in system & settling. Horrid cust service. Beware this office.
I wish I could give them 0 star. I’ve been a customer since 2022, it’s been a headache since I open this account. The online customer service representative are very ignorant and rude, and they always say go to the branch for every issue, and when you go to the branch the branch representative are so unhelpful, they always seem so oblivious of the issue and they said they have to call support.
