I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this bank. The overall level of professionalism is lacking, and it’s nearly impossible to find or speak with the branch manager. On the one occasion I did see her, she walked in while on a personal phone call, went straight into her office, and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Absolutely horrible BANK they close my accounts without notifying me and wouldn’t give me my money that was in the accounts said they would mail me a check and couldn’t tell me when it would be mailed several thousands of dollars that they’re holding right now and the branch manager Kim talked to my husband like he was a criminal Very unprofessional and rude branch manager is never there Do yourself a favor do NOT BANK HERE
The worst bank ever they closed my account and not acknowledge me at all when I was going to deposit some money and then find out the hard way when i login into my banking mobile where my account wasn’t showing up they are very unprofessional. I’m very disappointed
They are ok as far as banks go. They need more locations and Saturday hours.
