Me and my wife had the wonderful pleasure of working with Valdi Gordon to open a new checking account. Valdi is a major asset to this bank. I hope her boss see this and reward her because I hate going in banks and prefer online because most bank dont have good customer service and professionalism. However Valdi will always be our go to for all of our banking needs. We wish her all the success and new business she will establish with her career. Super nice staff!! Taylor helped me with my card issues and was super quick and nice.
Worst bank ever. I made a deposit in time, they charge me an overdraft fee the same day of my deposit and that only happened because they are not open on weekends. Technically the money was already in the bank and it shows on my statement that the deposit went thru first, then the fee, then paid my bill. First fee for me in over a decade with this bank. Then tried to change my phone number on the app and they send an access code to the old number, so someone else can steal my money. Then call Social Security to change my dir... read more
Been with this bank for over 3 years now. The tellers used to be great, not anymore. I don't know exactly what changed, but it changed for the worse. I will be looking for another bank to work with.
