The guy at the second desk isn't very friendly as you walk in or leave for that matter. The woman at the first desk finally greeted without looking up as I approached the bank teller. Both bank tellers were pleasent and helpful. Prior to my visit it took over a month to change admin and email users for my online account.
Our lender was absolutely wonderful to work with. Karen Gilmore was incredibly communicative, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She kept us informed every step of the way and even introduced us to programs we had no idea we qualified for, which made a huge difference for us as first-time homebuyers. She truly advocated for us and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We always felt supported and confident knowing she was on our team. 10/10 — highly recommend!

Bank is falling apart. Months to lock in a rate, not open on Saturday when the rest of the banks are open, no one can really help you. This is the new Bank of America 👎🏻
