No problems, the best.
I’m an ATM customer for the most part and the drive through ATM works about 25% of the time. It’s very frustrating and has made me consider switching banks. The drive though ATM just doesn’t work most of the time and has eaten my card twice. It’s time to either replace it or consider a serious overhaul because it’s downright unacceptable. All of the in person experiences I’ve had at this branch have been nothing but lovely.
Only dealt with one person, but she is either the most inept person I have ever met, or intentionally sabotaged my entire experience. From falsely claiming unbreakable policy and instantly breaking it, to making ridiculous demands of us five minutes before closing, claiming to email and not having and then playing phone dodge for 4 hours, finally Liza gets her side done and even THAT can’t be done right, she messed up my user name despite having it in email AND over the phone. This bank branch has the worst customer service. Just rude employees. One of them who has been there for years, long before South State took over Center State, is the worst. EDIT: I came back to add more to my review from 9 months ago. It’s actually unbelievable how rude the employees of this branch are. You are treated like a nuisance as soon as you walk in.
