I'm old and I'm barely making it nobody hires a 60-year-old and my bank account is is allowing Auto pays to come through when I don't have any money to cover it and then they give me a $36 overdraft fee twice in a row. I talked to customer service and they took one of the $36 overdrafts off and said they couldn't take the other $36 overdraft off. Only giving a star because I have to. I'll never forget the day I sat up my son's first check-in account. The experience was uncomfortable. Tammy Lancaster made me feel like I wasn't good enough to even be banking with them. She gave me dirty looks. Made snide comments.
