This is the most frustrating online customer service ever . I spent 45 minutes on hold .All I wanted to do is activate online bill payment from my account in SC. And this is not one time experience .It is a pattern .Closing our business account .
We have banked here for years, even through the countless mergers. But the ladies are always pleasant and helpful, and provide that local banking service you like to see!
