Loyal customer for over 13 years. WAY before they changed names. Never once did I ask for help or assistance with any serious issue. Everyone was always cheerful& kind. UNTIL I DID need help with fraudulent activity involving my account. All the sudden- I’m invisible & actually told by the manager ‘maybe you’ll be happy banking somewhere else’. It is kind of ridiculous they need to be more specific only deposits after 4pm drive thru saying open until 5pm what a lie.
Dinosaur bank. Attempted to make a payment on my credit card using Apple Pay. They do not have Apple Pay. I returned with physical cash. The employees looked at me like this was scientifically impossible feat to pay with cash without a checking account with them. Please review competing modern bank practices. Even Best Buy can accept cash as payment on a credit card.
