I want to thank Melina Maryanski for her help. I was out of town and I needed a copy of my bank statement right away. After identifying me as the person on the phone, she emailed my statement. I was very appreciative and it helped me out greatly. Everyone at the Brandon bank is so helpful and friendly. Thank you again.

Loyal customer for over 13 years. WAY before they changed names. Never once did I ask for help or assistance with any serious issue. Everyone was always cheerful& kind. UNTIL I DID need help with fraudulent activity involving my account. All the sudden- I’m invisible & actually told by the manager ‘maybe you’ll be happy banking somewhere else’. It is kind of ridiculous they need to be more specific only deposits after 4pm drive thru saying open until 5pm what a lie.
