Overall, I’ve had a very positive interaction with various branches of this bank. However, this branch is an exception. At this point, I’ve had many negative experiences with various staff members. When I have asked questions I have been met with eye rolls and rude attitudes. Even recently, one staff member quite rudely chastised me for depositing a number of coins. If you need human interaction, I would avoid this bank.
Keila is the best banker I’ve ever met. She is really professional. She work with her kind and care. Highly recommended.
